Branch Lake welcomes family vacationers by the night or for the
week. We have several packages available for your convenience. Enjoy
hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing, or just relax on the shores of
our beautiful lake. Bring a book, camera, or simply listen to the
loons. In the afternoon take a canoe or boat ride down the lake
to one of the many islands for a secluded lunch or swim. |

secluded trout pond for the day! You can fish for Brook Trout and
Landlocked Salmon with the option of a second walk-in pond if you
enjoy hiking. Choose between Fly Fishing Only or General Law ponds,

fishing trip with famed Allagash Guide Bob Johnson Fly from the dock
at South Branch Lake Camps directly into the heart of the Allagash.
Bob will meet you at his trout camps for a truly memorable trout

Scenic Northwoods Flight |

An approximately 45
minute aerial tour giving you a breathtaking look at Maine's highest
mountain, Mt Katahdin and the beauty of the Northwoods. You may also
have a good chance of observing moose or perhaps a bear during the

While you are at South Branch, Be sure to ask about our

Wildlife |
Eagles
are just one of the special neighbors we share South Branch with.
Osprey and loons will also be your fishing companions. In our coves
you will find nesting great blue herons, ducks, geese, and beaver
lodges dotting the shoreline. Deer and moose are often seen crossing
our mile long driveway. |
